Shipping Policy

For all items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, however they are usually sent out next day.

All leather lids and cup bezels will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is usually within 3 days of scheduling.

All Center Consoles will be sent UPS Ground, allow around 5 days for prep and another 10 days or so for delivery.

No international sales at the moment, possibly in the future or special cases.

No shipping on Holidays, first business day after Holiday.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nextlevellids.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
